Cyber Sense Medical Billing is the medical billing and revenue cycle brand of Cyber Sense LLC, an established medical billing company that has been serving the healthcare industry since 2015. With more than a decade of experience in medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management, our organization brings established billing expertise together with a specialty-by-specialty focus.
Over the years, our team has developed experience across the healthcare revenue cycle — working with providers, insurance companies, clearinghouses, EHR and practice management systems, and payer portals. That experience is the foundation behind the specialty billing services we offer today, across 18 medical specialties.

Our focus is not simply to process claims. We want to become a dependable extension of your practice's administrative and revenue-cycle operations.
We help solo practitioners, group practices, outpatient clinics and behavioral health providers manage the insurance billing process — from eligibility and claims submission to denial management, payment posting, A/R follow-up, reporting, and credentialing.

Our team
Our team includes AAPC-certified medical coders and specialized medical billing professionals with hands-on experience in insurance billing, coding, credentialing, claims management, denial resolution, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle operations.

Our billing teams are organized by specialty — cardiology, behavioral health, orthopedics, physical therapy and more — so the people working your claims already know the codes, payer rules and denial patterns that apply to your practice.

You see your numbers every month — collections, denials, A/R — in plain English. Pricing is 4% of collections for Complete Billing and $150 per payer for credentialing. No black boxes, no surprise fees, no monthly minimums.

Small practice friendly
Solo practitioners get the same team attention as group clinics. Nobody is too small — and small practices are usually the ones losing the most to billing errors they never see.
Protecting health information
We handle protected health information only as needed to perform billing services under a Business Associate Agreement with each client, with role-based system access. We don't collect patient information through our website forms.
