Do I need to switch EHRs?
No, we work in your current system.
How do you protect patient information?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement with each client and use role-based access to your systems. Our website forms do not collect patient information.
Can you guarantee payment of every claim?
No. Payers make payment decisions. We make sure claims are accurate and every denial is worked.
